Won 2nd place in my age group and 13th out of 75 people overall.

My lungs are smoke free…. My mind is positive….my body is beautiful to me for once…. and my diet is the best and strongest it’s ever been.

Duathlon this weekend, I’m getting stoked for it! I’m so exited to finally be competing again. I’ve put all the stress and drama in my life behind me, and NOW, NOW I am ready.
The race is a 5K Run - 16 mile Bike - 2 mile Run duathlon. Start/Finish is near the Fitness center in beautiful Brunswick Forest. The 5K and 2 mile run legs are flat and fast through some of the many pretty areas of Brunswick Forest. The bike course is a flat and fast double loop over smooth pavement. Streets are open to local traffic only.
